I realized this a few days ago, when the family decided it was time to sell off our old car. All the logic dished out to me made sense. But my heart ached. How would I let go of 11years of having her, the memories that I share with her? The tears looked foolish, more than ever with so much silver in my hair. I was supposed to be practical with age! Finally, I let her go with grace(well maintained, shinning and beautiful as ever ) with a prayer that her new owners would keep her with pride as I did. (Hopefully) It made me think…Should all old things go? Just because they don’t serve our purpose in the present scenario. Just because they are old? Because we cant afford to service them?
